Choosing new monitor

MrXide

Im looking for a new monitor and im having a hard time choosing one. The resolution i want is 2560x1440, i'll be using it pretty much for gaming and i can't decide between an IPS or TN panel, i heard TN panels are pretty good for gaming ( ASUS SWIFT PG278Q seems like a pretty good choice to me), but i'd still prefer an IPS panel. Also the monitor should have more than 60Hz, maybe around 144 or so and because i have a nvidia GPU , G SYNC should be there too. I have an EVGA GTX 980TI Classified and i wouldnt feel very comfortable paying for a monitor as much as for the graphics card.

For now the Acer predator XB270HU seems like the one for me but i'd like to hear other recommandations too.

Asus PG279Q ROG Swift is the only other option but it hasn't been released yet.

yeah but that costs even more than my GPU, i just dont feel like its worth it, for now the acer is the only one i found that is delivering really good specs and with a pretty damn good price too.
