program to automatically change to 144Hz

I have two 144Hz monitors on two different locations. When i change between these two screens i need to go into adapter options and change to 144Hz, is there any software that can do this automatically so i don't forget any just play in 60Hz?

Sounds like a script to me. Windows event scheduler might help. Or monkeying with your display settings might help.

I try to answer the best I can.
