They're audio interfaces, not mixers, but both of these will give you cleaner sound than Behringer mixers.

I would recommend the Behringer Xenyx 302USB. It provides the 48 volts of Phantom power needed for the AT2035 and it has USB compatibility making it easy to use. Plus you have a bit more EQ control compared to options like the Blue Icicle. Another nice benefit is its half of your budget!

Actually, it only provides 11V - 15V of phantom power. Luckily that's within the specifications for the AT2035, but most other condenser microphones require 48V.

I got a friend who uses that with a Cloudlifter on his SM7B. Its actually really good if you ask me. Even without the cloudlifter, its still pretty good for the price.
