or

OCZ Trion 100 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Are these any good or just trash ?

They're neither, they're just.... SSDs.

I don't know about the Sandisk, but the Trion seems to be pretty solid. Not the best reviews in the world, but... ehhhhhhhh, you get what you pay for.

Generally the Sandisk Z series SSDs aren't the fastest but they're reliable. They're usually used for OEM prebuilt machines.
