Interchangable Cooling for a 1150 and 1151

Is there a physical difference in size between the LGA1150 and the LGA1151 that would top me from interchanging the cooling? So for like water cooling, can i use an all in one cooler (Cooler Master Nepton 140XL) on a LGA1151? it works on LGA1150.

Yes you can, it's the same hole distance

The mounting for coolers are the same on both LGA 1150 and LGA 1151, so almost all of them are inter-compatible. There's a very small amount of exceptions though, I think.
