1500€ build

Visionz

Hello everyone,

I've been thinking about building a new Gaming PC myself for around 1500€ which could let me last with the potential future games for (hopefully) atleast 3 years.

I've been fiddling with the pcpartpicker site and I've kind of made up a build myself. Can be found here. Now I'm pretty confident about my purchase of the GTX 980 graphics card and well, Windows 10 as my OS. However I'd like to hear what you guys recommend me to get for the best optimal expierence.

I am from Belgium, I aim to use my build for heavy games. I already have a monitor with 1920x1080 60Hz resolution and I only use one. And lastly, I do not need any extra peripherals.

Thank you for your time reading this and I hope to receive a reply soon!

I just changed the PSU and SSD because the SSD you chose is rather slow and the PSU you chose is known to be less than optimal for gaming builds.

Btw, welcome to the forums :D please remember to follow your own threads.

Thanks guys, loving the recommendations!

Just two more questions though, I see that in 2/3 recommendations a GTX 980 Ti has come up, while I put up a GTX 980. What noticeable changes will there be if I pick the Ti upgrade? Also, is there any noticeable difference except less room in my case if I choose 4x4GB sockets or 2x8GB sockets?

The 980 Ti is much, much more powerful than the 980 and can crush games at 4K.

You won't see much difference in 4x4 instead of 2x8.
