Sophos cpu usage

Hello, so after 6 days of uptime, i ran into problem, when im downloading files from torrent, it filters every packet and my download speed is only 1mb/s out of 10mb/s (real download speed), and my cpu bumps up to 30% I already select any to any firewall configuration, but i can't solve this..
