would using raw molex on the two fans in my case reduce lifespan/damage it in any way?

my case (NZXT s340 red and black) has it's two fans connected to molex, which I have connected. The problem is i dont have a regulator, and the so fans are constantly running, even when my PC is sleeping. Would this reduce lifespan/damage the fans in anyway? I usually keep my PC on 24/7 so....

No. I have fans that came with molex plugs. just don't run them any higher then 12v and you should be fine. Also you can't change the speed without rewiring them (12v high, 7v mid, 5v low) but is simple to do. the type of fan will change there lifespan (ball, fluid, etc).
