MSI GeForce GTX 980 Gaming 4G and i5 4670k, Bottlenecking

If i upgrade my current GPU (MSI GeForce GTX 760 twin frozr OC Edition), to an MSI GeForce GTX 980 Gaming 4g.

Will my cpu (i5 4670k, not overclocked) bottleneck it ,and if it will then how much?

I watched an old LTT video the other day where Luke was testing a 5960X vs Q6600 with I think a 980 (possibly Ti?) and even the Q6600 wasn't bottlenecking that card.
