Best CPU Cooler for £50-£60

So i'm thinking of upgrading my plucky i3-4150 to the i5-4690k and of course i want to overclock it.

I'm also gonna buy a new case (Assume it is the S340 in white) that will have a side panel window.

So, i'm looking for a cooler (i dont mind Air or Water) that will help me reach a significant OC and still looks fucking amazing.

Nothing can be louder than my Rig currently is so sound isn't much of an issue so anything else is a bonus.

 

Also, Any recommendations on Fans to replace my x2 £3 Artic freezer ones?

hyper 212 evo is a good choice. i have used it for a while and mine fx 4100 never goes above 60c
