first time overclocking gpu help!

hi guys so my gpu is a ASUS gtx 970 and my cpu is an intel i7-4790k at clock speed. What I want to know is can you guys tell me what numbers should I put in my gpu tweak so I can run a lot of new games at around 60 fps

ok firstly get MSI afterburner. its just better

Um out of curiosity, just want to know why would you overclock that card i mean that card can run all new titles on maxed out settings isn't?

Hmmm, eg:

Without OC: 60fps

With OC: 63 Fps

 

yea no harm.
