LGA1151 or LGA1150

Itz_Vision

1) Intended use? If it's just for gaming you don't necessarily need the i7.

2) Why are you getting a 980? I say get either a Fury of a 980Ti.

3) I don't believe the 980, 980Ti, or Fury warrant a 1000W PSU. I would assume something like 850W tops would be ideal. For that I would recommend an EVGA G2.

Both are really nice, I you want the new generation CPU, and MB, well go for the second one

I'm very comfortable with Z97, you can also run the 5th generation of intel core.

980 because prices in Australia are retarded and nearly twice usd

1000w psu because it is cheap and i wont need to upgrade later on

Why not go with this kit instead for the 4x4gb kit you have there?

Its virtually the same memory, only its 2 sticks instead of 4, 20 aud cheaper.

Gives you room to expand later on and correct me if I am wrong but isn't it more compatible with the cpu?
