Mouse Problem! HELP

My mouse cursor is shaking even when i play games like fallout new vegas and CS:GO.It shakes just enough for me not to hit the head,my mouse is a razer deathadder while my mouse pad is the razer mousepad thing (Dont know the name SORRY!)If you know the reason please tell me. Thanks!

Check to see if the software for the mouse has a calibration option a lot of times that can affect it if it wasn't calibrate for that specific surface.
