Alright guys I need a super cheap BUT WORKING 24" 1080p monitor for gaming. I am looking for anything, the cheapest crap will do, seriously. I live in Australia, so prices in AUD and store names would be appreciated.

BenQ RL2460HT is the cheapest.

IPS? Refresh rate? Input lag?

 

Any say on those things?
