How would I go about installing drivers and OS with no CD driver

Hello and welcome to most noob questions asked 2015! So I found the awesome deal on the Fractal Design Define S and it looks amazing, simple and sexy Cool. It hower does not offer a disk drive bay. (I didn't wanna buy one anyway...) but how would I install, GPU drivers, uhh asdad drivers and OS system. (Whatever else I would need to get my computer working with just a USB) Is this a hard process and has some headaches? Will I need to buy a special USB? A special version of the OS? A different Motherboard? I'm pretty new to this topic as this is my first build so, please give me a hand on this one thanks :)

For the operating system you can use Rufus to create a bootable usb drive with your OS on it(youtube how to create a bootable usb with rufus), your motherboard drivers can go on a usb too.  GPU drivers you can just download online.  All pretty simple stuff.

Windows update will find most of the drivers you will need.

For the ones that Windows Update does not find you will need to go to the manufactures website and download them.

You can find any driver you need by visiting the manufacturer website.

Put your operating system on a USB stick. Microsoft has a tool for making bootable USB sticks (or use Rufus).

 

You can download drivers from the manufacturer website, Windows and Linux have generic video card and network drivers pre-installed.

Of course. 

Win10 now uses a USB instead of a disk to install. Once installed (assuming OP has his Ethernet plugged in) Windows Update will search for the relevant drivers OP will need. Usually the Drivers not found (except generic ones) are the GPU driver which will need to be downloaded and installed by the OP.

 And Wallah Done!

Power line adapters will work.

Are you not able to run an ethernet cord from your router to your PC location?

In my current house situation I can't have a ugly cord being ran from my living room to my bedroom and especially if we move to another house... its just not going to work. Before about a month ago I thought I was cursed to the existence of Wifi till I move out but then somebody hooked me on to Powerline adapters and it was pretty much a dream come true. Glad to know they will work fine in this situation.

One thing I would strongly suggest is that if you are in apartment situation (either way really) is to make sure you setup your router with a password for your net as power line adapters are not a closed network situation and your information is more readily available to be attacked from somebody else outside your apartment.

Lets say my modem or router (Forgot which one) Already has a password, it'll be cool right? My powerline adapter will work fine and be secured? I may try to convince my parents to just let me run pure device to device because I got jelly watching that video and hard OP Pure ethernet was.... Its gonna be pretty ugly thought but maybe I could run it into the couch and my bedroom? Thanks for the heads up though I appreciate this forum. I'm learning a lot.

Yes your router/modem password should be fine for your purposes. If you want to ever change it there is a way. I am sure there is somebody that can walk you through it if you want to know.

Besides there is always VPNs if you want to further encrypt your signal as well.
