Ordering 980 Ti tomorrow, but which one?

MartyG

I'd love to see what you guys think, would appreciate a lot your opinion, because I am tired of buying things that broke in less than a year ( 970 G1  ) ( 670 Windforce ) { Not buying Gigabyte again }

Things can die in less than a year from any company, that's why companies have RMA.

What type of budget do you have?

I personally recommend EVGA. Step it up to the Classy version if you can to get those mad overclocks.

Plus, EVGA's customer support is probably the best in the business.

The one you think looks best honestly the difference in performance is so small. IF you have a white build HOF if you want to go all out KINGPIN

What about Asus Strix? And I don't like overclocking, I'd rather take it overclocked than OC myself.

The Galax one? The Hall of Fame? I'd love to buy it, and it's not so expensive, but not sure if it's any good compared to the rest

It'snot worth the price difference though.

Why do you hate Giagbyte so much? :<

I don't hate them too much haha.  I had their 290 Windforce and it was way too loud so I sent it back.

Yes it's good, if it wasn't good I wouldn't say it was.

It's one of the best 980 TI.

Only the Ln2 version that was limited edition is almost as good as the K|ngp|n.

Well, that is why people buy Gigabyte cards -> 4000RPM fans. Everyone should know that when buying a Gigabyte card.  ;)

The Galax 980 TI HOF doesn't have Samsung memory or all the features the KP does. The Ln2 version does have Samsung ram, but doesn't have nearly the same support & feature set that the KP does
