Cooler for Cpu and fans

So i want to buy a new cpu cooler since the stock one i have is quiet loud when i leave the pc on during the night it annoys me to sleep.

I dont want nothing to expensive since i cant overclock my cpu i5-4440 just something thats not to loud.

 

As for my case fans looking for some quiet 120mm fans. Will be getting 2 of them. No radiator just need them for cooling and would be nice that they be quiet.

I'd personally recommend a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

What's your budget and what country are you in?

 

For the NF-F12s, I have two LTT edition ones and they're great IMO. However I think you should wait and see if Linus and Noctua are going to make another batch of the special edition ones before you buy them.
