Getting the right components for my Future desktop

Hi guys i'm hoping you can help me on this one.

I'm thinking of building a gaming rig but i will also be using it for a few design and editing projects, so can you help out choosing the components? My budget is around 1750/1800€ including an LG ultra wide 29" monitor (309€)  (this is my first custom build)

The components i was thinking of:

Motherboard: http://www.chiptec.net/componentes-para-computadores/motherboards/intel-socket-1150/asrock-z97x-killer-intel-z97-sk1150.html

CPU: intel core i5 4690, 4690k or above?

GPU: Msi GTX 980 gaming 4g, or will the gtx 970 FTW do the job on this ultra wide monitor?

RAM: 8Gb Hyper x fury 1866Mhz? I'm considering 16Gigs of ram, not sure though

SSD: should i go with a 250Gb or 480Gb? The one i first chose was the crucial bx100 2.5 Sata III 250 GB

HDD: 2TB toshiba 7200 rpm

Case: http://www.chiptec.net/componentes-para-computadores/caixas-para-computadores/caixas-atx/aerocool-xpredator-x3-avenger-red-gold.html

Monitor: http://www.chiptec.net/perifericos-externos/monitor/monitores/lg-led-ips-29um65-p-ultrawide-fullhd-5ms.html

Power supply: Nox hummer 80 plus bronze 750W? or higher?

Thank you.
