Graphics card Help Please

hi so for Christmas im going to try to upgrade my hp computer to do so im putting in a new power supply getting a new case and fans a fan controller and a graphics card im running integrated graphics now so could i get some advice on what card to choose

does the case even have slots for those fans? Just get a R9 380 and a XFX TS 650W and be done with it

my budget is around 200 for graphics and trying to be cheap on every thing else but trying to make this computer work with out just building a new one

I really dont like pre built computers for such it limites you in every possible way

i don't like it either but i don't have a budget or a money flow to build a whole new machine
