No. It is locked into the hardware and wont activate on a new PC. You will have to purchase it.

I do a lot of this kinda of stuff and i have never got it to work correctly for me. Non OEM. But like Czex said, its worth a shot

If it does not activate, you can still use the PC but it will spam you with messages about not being activated usually.

Windows can be installed without activation, but it won't be full featured.
