Need a phone with the best possible camera there is, any suggestions?

Can I ask why you want a great camera? Generally you can just get a digital camera for the same price or less and have much better quality pictures and options.

The new Lumia 950 looks good... or you can go for sth more traditional like a Galaxy S6
