Getting weird artifacts. Did I break my GPU somehow?

Honestly knowing AMD drivers, it's probably just a driver issue and I would revert to the previous version and see if that helps anything.

Hey,

Yesterday I installed the new Crimson Editon drivers from AMD. After that I overclocked my 270x HAWK shortly and then put it back to stock.

For some reason I'm getting weird artifacts in-game now. I also got the message that my display drivers stopped working.

Did I break my GPU somehow?

I also got a windows message from Mad Max stating the following:

I solved it by installing the older driver :)

Make this thread as solved.

It's not a race to the bottom.
