Studio light C stand rolly rack thing used by LMG

I'm looking to organize the C stand studio lights at work and remember seeing a sweet rack thing that Linus was showing off in one of the "moving into the new office" videos. I would like to get some more info about it and some input before I go and make my own. 

 

These stands take up a lot of room and I need to make them nice and portable!

Yes. It's clearly stated they made it themselves. I think that's what the OP is talking about. He's looking for measurements or something.

Just measure the C stands and figure out what a good dimension would be.  I need to buy a few C stands and mic stands for myself too.
