Any tips on this build?

You can reduce the price by getting an EVO 212 CPU cooler. That CPU is a locked one so it will never have the need to be water-cooled.

Since you won't be overclocking it get a stock cooler.

Get a better SSD like the BX100 the V300 is bad.

And get a better 600W unit.

Don't really see the need for an after market cooler at all if you're not going to be overclocking.

EDIT: Am on mobile so I just realised that I don't think this CPU comes with a cooler included but yeah, get a cheap one that will do the job tbh.

Look, I'd ditch the HDD and swap the water cooler for the one that comes in the box, the SSD for one with higher capacity, and the PSU for a better one so you are able to run Crossfire in the future if you need to, for around the same money: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Rq8dZL

I you are not conformable with your CPU temps, then get the Hyper 212 or similar cooler.

Go with a cheaper cooler like a cooler master hyper 212 evo, you can't overclock the cpu anyway. Try to go with dual channel memory, so either 2 x 4GB sticks or 2 x 8GB sticks. If you're planning to play a lot of fallout 4 go with a nvidia gpu, something like a gtx 970. Get a better ssd, something like a samsung 850 evo and go with a 600W power supply if you're going to use the amd gpu.
