Video + Image Color Change Help

Hello,

 

Would anyone with talent in a editor spend 5-10 mins of their time to help me possibly?

 

I have a couple of second long lenses flare for my upcoming intro, it is in orange and I need it in a blue shade.

 

Would it be possible to edit it, I only have the .mov file not the main after effects project file unfortunate.

 

 

 

Also I need this still image changed as well to the same colors:
