Looking for mini pc or barbones pc

Hey i'm looking to get a mini PC or barebones i'm really new to this and I have chosen these so far looking forward to more suggestions. The budget is 130$ or below no exceptions. I also already have the ram and Hard drive:

4gbs of hynx ram

Its a little older but will get the job done. This is onyl gonna be used to watch youtube, and videos maybe emailing
