Overclocking improvements for i7 4790K

I've been looking into overclocking my 4790K, and got to a decent place with it, or so I believe. I was wondering what I could adjust or change to improve my overall clock speeds and performance. I don't care about acoustics, only performance

Please don't use XTU to overclock (only to test and monitor).

You should be capable of hitting 4.8 or 4.9 (some samples can hit 5.0 with ease at this level) with 1.4V and that's the highest I would go.

Otherwise, you could probably get that 4.7 stable at a lower voltage.

4.6@1.3 is pretty boring.
