Get a Razer Deathadder 2013, absolutely no mouse acceleration. I don't think the newer deathadder uses the same flawless sensor.

Never used a Taipan before but can say the G502 is a very solid mouse and the free-scroll function is amazing.

 

If you are a competitive FPS player I'd get a Final Mouse, they've fixed their quality control and now put out a nice product.

 

Still am biased to my Deathadder tho.
