Directx 11.2 not found in Windows 10

AFAIK all previous windows OS releases came with updated directx versions such as

windows 7 - dx 11.1

windows 8 - dx 11.2

windows 10 - dx 12

i used 7, 8, 8.1..but while i installed (a fresh iso installation on separate partition) 10 and checked my dx version is 12 [screenshot 1]..that is correct. though in the display tab of dxdiag the feature levels are up to 11.1 [screenshot 2]...

at first I could play Witcher 3 , Mad Max, Hitman Absolution but  I couldn't play games like nba 2k16 or GTAV . that problem resolved when I installed dx version june 2010 SDK.

BUT still, the feature levels are up to 11.1..no 11.2

also I knew about dx 11.3 version which is supposed to be released along with dx12 or something, but that I can't be sure of that news.

my GPU is Sapphire R7 260X 2GB OC GDDR5 which is of GCN 1.1 architecture & does support dx12.
