High idle temps for H75?

Hello. I have decently high temperatures in my PC because it is so damn small (I wanted it to be this way), which is why I got water cooling. Yesterday, it was idling around 36C but now it is getting up to 45C. Under load, it gets to around 70C max. Is this too much? I am pretty sure I seated it correctly. One thing I did different is I oriented the Corsair logo in a different direction so I could route the tubes better, but that shouldn't make a difference (or does it?). Here is a picture of what my PC looks like and you can probably understand why I went for a water cooler. There is also some slight buzzing noise coming from the pump but I've read that is only from air bubbles in the tube (or maybe I am wrong?). I have my pump plugged into the system fan port on the motherboard and the 2 fans plugged into the CPU fan port. What is going wrong? Help!!!
