I agree. A few days ago I scored a MSI 290 Gaming for 190 shipped with original box, accessories, and proof of purchase so I can RMA if need be.

one of these + a G10 and a cheap liquid cooler wouldn't be bad.

 

or just ghetto mount a liquid cooler with the zip tie method lol

God damn I got mine for $170 used. Mine is liquid cooled but I need to sell it so I can get an air cooled card again, it doesn't fit in my case very well despite how cool it runs.

They would probably demolish my 980ti that's being delivered on ThursYay. 

 

An 850w PSU would probably be a bit edgy, though.

I was curious a few days ago and I popped it into PCPP.  If I remember right, it was something like 795 watts.  A bit close.. but ya... possible I guess.
