I want to collect and show off all the armors that I get and a lot of the mod armors are female only.

As @MoonSpot and @Pohernori seem to be the most active posters in the main Skyrim thread here, they might have an idea for you.

My only suggestion would be to go to Nexus and try find what you are looking for.

I don't use the mod myself but levelers tower has a lot of mannequins and has an option to switch them from M to F.

I use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4164 for a mannequin replacer(s), doesn't always work on modded homes though, and I tend to put fancy mod armours on followers instead of on mannequins. Which reminds me, I hate Amazing follower tweaks and need to figure out how to get back to UFO without effing everything up.  limit of 32 different followers ever ran out really fast, particularly since I always use iNPC.

You can get a mod to make all the mannequins females that are compatible with any body mod.

Well it's not tons but I walked in to Vlindrel Hall recently and was reminded of this thread cause it's not a small number of mannequins either.  12 in the added forge room and 2 more in the main hall(i think).  Plus a huge library in another room that I thought was comically large until I saw levelers tower.  Personally I don't use the added rooms anymore, but really like the patio it adds by the front door as it provides a nice view over the city walls and out onto the reach.
