Questions about parts

I have a $2000 USD budget for a new PC.  I want to stream at 1080p 60fps and play at 1440p 60fps(most intense game would probably be BF4 for streaming, for just playing, most intense would be GTAV, far cry 4, etc.).  The monitor needs to be included in the budget.  I know i want the pb278q(orPG278q whichever is the 1440p ips 60hz), so that is 400$ gone from the budget.  I assume the gpu will be a 980 ti, as i don't think there are any single gpu solutions that amd has that are better than nvidia rn(plz no h8, i am team green tho), so that's another 640 gone because i want the amp omega edition.  the rest is up to you guys.  Plz use pcpartpicker, thanks.

I can help with programming and hardware.

I know this doesn't concern anything, but no one can stream at 1080p 60FPS, and it will look works than 1280p 60fps because of bitrates and shit.

Really?  In nvidia ShadowPlay I can pick 1080p 60 fps record at 50 Mbit, which if you had a good internet connection, you would easily be able to upload at.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

what about this, i found faster ram for the same price, i less expensive motherbaord, still good for what i need, swapped the 100i gtx for a 280L because i prefer 280rads when i have the space, and changed the storage options(i know the ssds alone or worse but i got 2 for raid 0, so they will be faster than a single drive and have more storage).  I also chose the gpu i wanted and cut 7 dollars off the hdd.  finally i chose a less expensive psu, still 80+ gold and semi modular.

If you look at reviews, the seagate drives have a higher failure rate than WD's so I would probably stick with them. Everything else looks good, but I would suggest the EVGA G2 750W psu as it has a bit more room for upgrades in the future (even 600W will be a bit tight for now).
