Deus Ex Human Revolution if you haven't played it already. (must buy)

Gunpoint (it's really awesome :D , you could also try Ronin, they are quite similar)

Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon (it's awesome and cheap) , maybe even Far Cry 3.

Maybe Crysis 2 as well, or Splinter Cell Blacklist. That would probably bring it to more than $10 though.

I've played Party Hard and enjoyed it quite a lot, but it's not worth buying on this sale (come on... from $13 to $9)

Try Thief, I thought the gameplay was pretty fun.

Far Cry 3 for $7.49 is a deal. Damn, I'm going to have to go buy Blood Dragon for $3.74, that game looks so cool. Crysis 1 for $4.99 is awesome too. That game is almost 8 years old but still looks and plays amazing, I couldn't believe it the first time I shot down a tree. It's not on their sale, but Fallout 2 for $9.99 is an awesome game if you can deal with 2D 1990s era graphics.
