Will my cpu and system fans still work good according to temp even if I did not installed the gigabyte app center and system information viewer ?

I'm using gigabyte z170x gaming 5 do I need to download the app center and the SIV so my fans will work better?

Define "better." The BIOS handles all of that anyways, the program just lets you have control over it.
