Screwed Up Monitor

I just got a free LG 22LE3300 of my uncle.

 

Once I popped in the power cable, plugged it in and switched it on all I get is he red power light and blue power light but the display stays off.

 

Once more it worked fully the night before at his house and has no damages in transporting it to my house.

 

Any way to fix this?

Please give us more detail, if you can. I would pop it open and check for any loose connections but I would be very careful around the power supply as that would probably have some very dangerous capacitors.

It worked fine yesterday but I took it home and plugged it in and now it won't turn on the panel but the button work perfectly and power switches..
