Is that possible to make a good video with just pictures? If it is able to be done how is it possible to be done?

Yeah but you gotta be pretty damn precise on the framerate.

Find pictures off the Internet and make it into a video clip?

use microsoft powerpoint

place the pictures as backgrounds of slides

add animations + transitions

record it (powerpoint has a built in function for this)

use movie maker to add music

get a premiere trial of adobe cc.

get a premiere trial of adobe cc.

its the simplest and most basic way to do it. i normally would use sony vegas pro but that is expensive and has a somewhat steep learning curve (SOMEWHAT).

Import image sequence in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.  The length of the video will depend on the fps settings, so if you have 1000 photos and your import fps was 25 frames per second, you will get 40 seconds worth of video.

yeah its easy. i did made a 25 min video from pictures.

This can become a case of copyright infringement.  Just because an image is on the Internet doesn't mean it's free.

Of course it's possible and of course the length of the movie doesn't dependent on the framerate or number of pictures.
