My GPU is acting weird

Hi, so i'm having weird problems with my GPU

 

GPU: Nvidia 660
CPU: Intel i7-4790CPU @ 3.60ghz

8GB RAM

PSU: Corsair 450W

Motherboard if needed: MSI z87-g55

HDD Crucial 240GB SSD, 1TB WD black

 

i tested my GPU at my friends house and it works fine, i also had his GPU at mines and it was also running fine i reinstalled all driver and they are up to date, i even reinstalled windows to try everything! but i feel lost from here!!  Please anyone could help?

 

error i get is this attached on a bottom, when i had windows 7 my pc used to crash and restart. with win 8.1 i'm getting this error

The developers may solve this problem, not u and not us.

Otherwise, we will get a poop after it's release.

Please, report it to the devs...

change your location in windows to Us and it will fix 

It not problem of pc, Its a Origin problem

Is your CPU cooler properly installed? Mine wasn't and boy did it run like a dog

would it be possible...? on my motherboard there is 3 slots for GPU. i had my GPU in bottom slot witch one is for SLI i think, is there a difference witch one i put in?
