While B-stock shit is generally good, I still wouldn't put it in the hot deals section as they ARE still refurbished.

 

 

I believe some of these cards are also things that were returned with step-up program as well, and refurbished is not necessarily a bad thing.  They could of been RMA'd for the smallest things, like coil whine, or a buzzy-fan, then had repairs made and work perfectly fine now.  I think the odds of you getting one that was damaged beyond belief and had to be completely repaired & resoldered or something is super unlikely.   I mean cmon, when's the last time you heard of a brand new present-day GPU like a 980 or 970 just flat out randomly dying?   It's a 1 in a thousand thing, and you have a 1 year warranty to back that up.  

 

Everyone is so paranoid about used/pre-owned cards, I've bought nearly 10 used GPU's and never had any issues.  EVGA has a really good rep in the GPU world & you have a 1 year warranty, these prices are cheaper than used cards most of the time, I see no reason to be so picky.

for the most part Yes i'ts not like they have been extremely used or over clocked to the max a GPU can last a pretty long time referb or not as long as there not over heating

Oh ok :D I'm eyeing that GTX 670, would like to have a GPU folding and one for games :D

i currently own a GTX 660Ti i bought it refurbished and it can handle games pretty damn well i can play witcher 3 med to High settings and i have had this card for almost 2 years i had no problems with it but it's time to upgrade

I just had my 980 b-stock reference delivered to me yesterday and now I see they even have more deals including a 980ti.  I'm almost tempted to buy another 980 but I won't.

Basically the stick is smudged there is a scratch, just things that can't be sold for aesthetic reasons. They perform the same or better

Yes, b-stock is nearly as reliable as new, but your chance at the silicon lottery is significantly smaller, if you're into overclocking.

You only get 1 year warranty and no case badge and poster. Rather sell them cheap and get them out then to just scrap them

I just had my 980 b-stock reference delivered to me yesterday and now I see they have even more deals including a 980ti.  I'm almost tempted to buy another 980 but I won't.

I just had my 980 b-stock reference delivered to me yesterday and now I see they have even more deals including a 980ti.  I'm almost tempted to buy another 980 but I won't.

Refurb products, they only have a one year warranty. I wouldn't do it personally unless it's an older item.

While B-stock shit is generally good, I still wouldn't put it in the hot deals section as they ARE still refurbished.

 

 

I believe some of these cards are also things that were returned with step-up program as well, and refurbished is not necessarily a bad thing.  They could of been RMA'd for the smallest things, like coil whine, or a buzzy-fan, then had repairs made and work perfectly fine now.  I think the odds of you getting one that was damaged beyond belief and had to be completely repaired & resoldered or something is super unlikely.   I mean cmon, when's the last time you heard of a brand new present-day GPU like a 980 or 970 just flat out randomly dying?   It's a 1 in a thousand thing, and you have a 1 year warranty to back that up.  

 

Everyone is so paranoid about used/pre-owned cards, I've bought nearly 10 used GPU's and never had any issues.  EVGA has a really good rep in the GPU world & you have a 1 year warranty, these prices are cheaper than used cards most of the time, I see no reason to be so picky.

I would much rather buy a used and properly tested card from the manufacturer than some shmuck off of fleabay.
