Okay, I just played an anime game.  There was a huge difference in the load times.  The 4790k processed the data soooooo much faster.  Load times were like far faster between menus and battle.  However, streaming was still better with the 9370.

I'm more than likely going to get the FX but I just have to figure out what model to get, Do I go with the 8350 again and overclock it myself or just get a 9370/9590 that's already overclocked and call it a day.

9370/9590 if you are worried about being able to oc high aka the binned models.  8320/8350 if believe you will hit the silicone lottery.

Well the 8350 I had before could only get to 4.6Ghz with 1.45v anything over it would crash.
