i3, but maybe look for a better used GPU.

The i3 is better than a 7850k.

Seeing as one is unlocked and the other isn't, I'd be buying the one I could overclock fully. Why? Because what's the point in staying stock? Get the A10 with some fast tight timing ram and overclock the APU and the ram. At stock the I3 wins, but with some decent overclocking the A10 won't be too far behind.

 

If the i3 is cheaper then get the i3 and the 750ti but if it starts under performing then you'll need to upgrade as you can't really push that cpu.

u can't x fire the 260x only up to the 250x

Look at ebay or any other used.

Or a R9 285 new - those are still being sold.

Or a R9 380

As for CPU - those are all fine with an Athlon 860K
