Thinking About Returning My Mouse to Pre-Order

byalexandr

I got a new Logitech G300s the other day at Best Buy for $40. Like the mouse, it's pretty nice, doesn't fit my hand perfectly though, if I had any complaints. I downloaded and tried the Star Wars Battlefront beta yesterday, and I absolutely love the game. It has shot up to #1 on my favorites list, above BF4 and some of you might know, I play a lot of BF4. I really want to preorder the game, but I have no money. Should I refund my G300s and ask my parents to preorder it for me? I do, after all, have an MX Revolution sitting around, although I can't figure out why the sensor is not tracking smoothly. Any suggestions? Let me know so I can return it today (or not). Thanks!

Be a smart customer and DO NOT pre order .

I love fallout and do you see me pre ordering fallout 4 ?!

No . im leaving the room for error for Bethesda if they screw it up . same thing applies with every game company i know.

Pre-ordering is like a gamble , your odds of the game turing out to be good is 50/50 .

Keep the mouse. infact , if you really want to sell your mouse or give it back , just go and buy somthing nicer , like a headphoner or a bluetooth speaker.....?

Why would you return a mouse you're happy with in exchange for a mouse that isn't tracking smoothly in your opinion?

And I wouldn't preorder Star Wars Battlefront, the price is quite steep imo.

Do you have any chance to earn some money by the time it releases or isn't that an option?

Well I supposedly have a job, but they haven't emailed me when I start and it's been a day over two weeks now since my interview. I would email them but I don't want to sound pushy.

I'm going to preorder it. My mind is set on this game. I never preorder, let alone spend $60 on a game, but this game is different. I will wait until I have enough money I guess. This mouse is quite nice.

Have they told you at the interview that you got the job or did they thank you for your time and tell you that they would let you know their decision?

If it's been two weeks, it wouldn't hurt to give them a nudge so you at least know what's up because it's unreasonable in my eyes to keep you waiting in uncertainty for that long.

Well at the interview my interviewer told me that I would get an email telling me when my first day was. I was drug tested as well, which meant that I have the job (I work at Kroger, btw). My friend said it took almost two weeks to get an email from them, so I waited two weeks. Well it's been a couple days past that point, so I don't know what to do. I got an email regarding an information thingy about the company, but it doesn't tell me when I start or anything, it's just something they send to all employees. In the email it tells me to contact my hiring representative if I have any questions, but I don't know who that is, and I can't head over there and ask, since I can't drive and my parents aren't home. I could call my interviewer, but I'm not sure what she has to do with it, I don't think that she's the hiring rep for my store.

You could wait a few more days like you proposed, but I would contact the interviewer or someone from the agency to ask about any further details concering your job.

You can ask it gentle and without coming over as pushy, it shows that you actually want to work and are interested in the job. Just my 2 cents.

On topic: I'd wait with pre ordering just for the sake of not pre ordering, and if you're really not happy with the mouse... return it and keep the money aside for when the time comes that Star Wards Battlefront comes out.

I contacted the hiring representative a while back before I got the job, just to show I was very interested in working there. I suppose I can kindly ask again as to the status of my first day. Good thinking with the 'shows that I actually want to work there' part. I hadn't thought of that. And as for the mouse, I do like it, it's actually very nice.

If you really want to pre-order it then fine , do so. im just a stranger from online who gave you solid advice.

All games are different from each other so how come that game makes the other '' different '' games differ from the other games that clame to be different., and telling the fact that '' this game is different '' does not justify on how it is made nor does it differ from its genre,. 60 to 90 % of game trailers has given us unrealistic things that where never in the game or give us wrong information or just out right lied about the game.

I'll wait until it gets closer to launch day and see how the game is progressing. I really like it, like I said I never pre-order games or even spend more than $50 on a game, I just love this game so much. I might just buy it a couple days after launch day, but pre-ordering is still on my mind. Thanks though!

Why would this be your first?  GMG's voucher code nets you this for under $50 if you already made up your mind to buy this game no matter what.

GreenManGaming.  They are an official key seller and almost always have some kind of discount voucher around 20% off.

This one is good until 10/13, but they will no doubt create new vouchers once this one expires:  23PERC-AUTUMN-SAVING

You can see the code right on their frontpage, but if you want to see the terms:  http://www.greenmangaming.com/vouchers/
