Best £400 Monitor [England]

The monitor would mainly be used for Non-competitive Gaming so I'm more in it for immersion. I'd like something that's around "27 and I'm not sure what I should go for other than that specification. Any recommendations would be great. I'm also not sure if i should go for a 1440p monitor, 144Hz and/or IPS as I've never experienced anything past a 50Hz 1080p LED screen.

Edit: Ohh by the way I have a GTX 980 so G-sync is an option as well

144Hz IPS doesn't exist, nor will it. If you want immersion, a 1440p monitor would make sense.

Pretty amazing but not exactly in my price range. (wish it was)
