mod bios of presario cq56

I have an old laptop I am currently tinkering with and would like to mod the bios so that I can do more advance things with it. At the minimum I'd like to reallocate memory to the graphics processor but would also like to see what else there is to tinker with. If anybody would be willing to give me a step by step tutorial(or direct me to one) that would be great.
