It gives you the absolute bare minimum but yeah definitely dont get a 450w psu

Should be fine. If you want to add a second GPU later on, though, then change to 550w or 650w.

I used to be quite active here.

450 w is fine for that but you have no growing room if you ever want to get a better gpu, i would recommend a minimum of 550 w

you might want to change the cpu to a K series if you are planning on overclocking. If not then change your motherboard to a non overclocking board to save some money in stead of just wasting that feature.
