Very hot idle AMD A8-7600

I built my dad a new pc and put it together with suprising succes, but when I fire it up and enter the bios it shows the cpu temp at around 60°C​​ and slowly rises to about 75°C.

The specs of the system are:

 

CPU:                    AMD A8-7600
