Install or not to install Windows 10 ?

So to keep it simple all i want (nicely) from you is to vote if there was no spying from MS side, would you want to install and use windows 10 as it is NOW ?

Im mostly decided to give it a try this weekend.

There's an option to keep all of your files, but I'd highly recommend doing a fresh install. I had quite a few issues, including an unfixable memory leak, that forced me to do a clean install. Everything is fine now though.

Yea i know about this. 

I have one question though. Do you need confirmation from Microsoft (email or something ?) that you can proceed with the upgrade to windows 10 ? When i "applied" for ther upgrade throuigh the windows 10 notification icon in my taskbar i remember giving them my email. Do they not reply back with "you are ready to upgfrade sir. bla bla bla ?".

Dont want to upgrade and find out my windows 7 key doesnt work on win 10.

Hope you understand what im asking  :D

Never change a running System. I will switch to 10 when Dx12 is real. Not one Day sooner.

You don't need a confirmation. Just go here and download the 64-bit version https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

It should automatically transfer your key (it did for me both times).

I don't really mind it, settings can be a little hard to find but I'm probably just not used to it yet. I think its refreshing to have a change after being on 7 for so long
