How would I go about running this locally?

Disclaimer I know nearly nothing about coding

 

I found this and wanted to screw around with it locally, http://wonderfl.net/c/tNGi/read

 

How would I go about doing that? copy the code into notepad++ and I assume rename the file extention? But I have no idea if im even on the correct track with this

That language is C and they use flash.. ew

pretty sure its not C, you cant do "var" in C as far as i know...
