what site?

I have never done it so I don't know.

Stock Android supports 3rd party apps without modding the OS such as Rooting it.

You literally just google for the game you want. For example, if you want Minecraft Pocket Edition, you just google Minecraft Pocket Edition.apk download, and download it. Then when you open the file on your phone it will ask if you're sure you want to install this app. You don't have to have a rooted phone at all, I don't think. You just have to go in your settings and allow 3rd party apps. The nice thing though is that those apps you download will be updated through the play store as if you paid for them. I don't suggest you use this method to download things you didn't pay for, but it's certainly possible.
