Looking for a good laptop

Mantix

Hi guys,

Recently i got offered to buy a laptop with a budget of 1000 euros

This would be ideal for me:

  • 15 or 17 inch screen
  • Highest resolution possible (I am a media consumer and an occasional gamer)
  • Core i7 (i5 if that is what you guys recommend :))
  • 8gb ram (expandable) or 16gb
  • At least a 1tb hdd, and i prefer to have some sort of ssd storage. Cache or just regular.
  • Nvidia graphics, i got recommended to get a 960 or higher by you guys
  • At least 2 display hdmi or any other form of visual port

I would rather have a thin laptop because i plan on using it for school as well, but that wont be untill 2 years.

Thank you in advance!

More leaning towards gaming laptop

Check with MSI, they also have pretty tight gaming laptops

Not sure if it goes over your budget or not, though.

I'd recommend the EUROCOM Shark 4. HardwareCanucks showed it off recently, and it got my attention. Basically what you need, maybe a little thicker than what you'd feel confortable taking to school, but make a judgement yourself.

EDIT: Someone just suggested the ASUS ROG GL551JW-DS71, and it also seems pretty dam good. Though I've never heared of it, so I cant actually tell whats up.

So many people completely influenced by others without making any judgement for them self.

Also, try twelve hundred. Runs MOBAs, TF2, and Hearthstone.

Influenced by experience. I have used it for a few weeks and i did not think it was worth it

I do not like mobas and it doesnt take most games

Okay, still think it's the best laptop for strictly school, ignoring the price.
